How do I edit LATEST POSTS section

How do I edit LATEST POSTS near the bottom section on http://www.davidsavage.co.uk, from what I have read I need to go in to POST LOOPS setting in Visual Editior but don’t seem to have that option?

Hi,

The Latest articles section that is displayed on the bottom of the pages can be customized in the page edit screen
