How Do I Get H2 tags onto my main page?

First off I love your theme, awesome work

I am getting frustrated on trying to figure out how to get some h2 titles on our main page https://www.ilovefreebies.com/
Is their a way to make the titles h2? If yes please explain how.

Example:
https://www.ilovefreebies.com/h2-tags/

Hi,

You can use the tagDiv Composer -> and set some flex blocks -> http://prntscr.com/pu6k91 or add some block titles -> http://prntscr.com/pu6kkc -> http://prntscr.com/pu6kr8
