I want to hide that tab because I’m afraid it might cause confusion as it contains unnecessary information.
And I don’t want to have to fill in the red area in My account > Account details > Billing details.
Is there a way to prevent that Input text from being displayed?

The default pages can not be removed. They will display the user details and not the admin ones. You can remove only the custom pages added to you from here: https://app.screencast.com/G7UWx1f2I0oqS

Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.
