How do I post for just one catagory

I am using theme Rimonth

It has 6 menus and category’s
When I post and select Health as the only category.
Then I goto frontpage and select the menu Tech.
Still the post for Health shows up on the page.

How do I fix that if anyone reading this can help me I should be happy.

Hello!

If a post has only one primary category and no other category selected while you edit the post with Gutenberg, then it shouldn’t display if you filter another category.
Check the settings of that block in that category (edit it with the tagdiv composer) and make sure it is using the current category filter and not all category filters.
