How do I reduce space between elements?

I’m using the TechNews template, and for some reason I have a big space between the news ticker and the Big Grid 8. I’ve tried adding some negative top-margin to the Big Grid 8, and it shows that it works in the tagDiv composer, but the second I save and exit the composer it goes back to having a big space.

Here is the link to our testing website: https://webtest.healthscient.com/. Notice the gap between the trending now title and the Big Grid 8 on the homepage? When I update the margin, it shows a change inside the TagDiv composer, but it goes away when I save the changes and view the site.
