I just installed the news magazine demo for my blog, but I cannot rename the preinstalled menu/header (Such as Recipes, sports news, tech, etc) on articles to suit my site related topics. Please how can I do that? Check what I mean on https://faithmirror.com Thanks for your unalloyed support.

The titles you mention are block titles. The block titles can be changed only by editing the page in the page builder and changing the title using the block settings:

Thanks for your reply. I have done that (edited the tittles) with theme builder, and even designed my site to my taste now. Yet, it is not reflecting my designs. It is still showing the preinstalled default demo even after save success. Could it be network or is there anything else I have to do so that it will reflect? Please, since 24hrs now, I have been working on this. Thanks once more.

It could be your cache plugin or browser cache. (tst drom a different browser or a different machine)
It could be a cdn server or a hosting side cache.
Please also test without plugins. Disable all of them except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
