HOW DO I RESTRICT CATEGORIES THAT SHOW UP ON BLOCK TITLE

The ajax filter can be customized in terms of what categories will be displayed. You can enter category IDs here

If no categories are entered there, all will be displayed. But if you enter category IDs only those will be shown. Like in this example

There are options to filter categories as well. If you want the grid or block to display posts from a particular category, select it in the drop-down

If you want to display posts from all the categories leave it on default (All categories).
The multiple categories filter will allow more advanced filtering.
It works with category ID’s as well. Enter the desired IDs and the element will display posts from them only.
Of maybe you want to display posts from all the categories, except one or more. Enter the IDs with a “-” before the ID (multiple IDs have to be separated with a comma)
