How do I set user role permission

I want my users to post blogs but I need to approve the post first, and I don’t want them to have permission to edit it after it’s approved. How is this done?

You can change their role as contributor which can be set here yoursite.com/wp-admin/users.php

Our theme uses the default user roles and capabilities of wordpress: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities
You can change the user role of your subscribers
