How do you add Google fonts so they always show up in custom header fonts menu?

Hi,

The theme use google fonts and it has an option to add a specific font for menu items – http://screencast.com/t/usJz0honidt
Or you can do this in the style sheet file if you have some delay – http://screencast.com/t/kHe3UqB5HeTH
