How do you close a large gap on a page

I’m sorry, I’m stumped – the page shows a huge gap between the top menu and content https://education.uwmedicine.org/wwami-news/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2022/12/big-gap.png

But I don’t see a big gap in the editor, and clicking every place I can doesn’t reveal any spacers
