Hello,
Our theme does not have any options to add a tagline underneath the title. It can be added with customization though. You can place content in the theme header files like so:

Hi,
You must edit the header style template that you are using to add the text manually. The theme has this option but only for header styles 9, 10 and 11

This would be a simple example for header style 1

You can add a class to the text to help style it as well.
