Hey dodl,

No need to activate it with this theme, it’s already activated. You can find the latest Visual Composer in the package you can download from Envato. Check out this tutorial on how to update. https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/

The trending now element can be found in the visual composer element list named ‘news ticker’: http://screencast.com/t/PuBFunaX It can be used as any other blocks on pages
