I’ve installed the video demo and started to add my content. Now I need to have a working contact page. How do I do that? I’ve look in theme panel, in widgets and page template and in the documentation but nothing!?!
I would like to have a contact page like the one in the default demo.

Simples thing to do is use a plugin which is what I do here.
Contact Form 7 is very popular.
We use this one on several sites, for several years now:

We did not use plugins to create our content. Every plugin we used comes with the theme.

There’s no contact page created by the the video demo I’ve intalled.
I’ve created a new page using the contact page Template from visual composer
but there’s no form added.
There’s a text saying this instead:
Install Contact Form 7 Plugin and replace this text block with your contact form.
I would prefer not to use another plugin if possible.
Also how do I copy contact page from default demo to video demo that I’ve alreay installed?

The contact page comes with the default demo. You can copy the shortcode from that page to another one you create Just make sure you paste it in text mode not visual http://screencast.com/t/WJevsSWJCzo: http://pastebin.com/Uwp3Mh0C
For the contact form you will need the plugin because the theme has no forms implemented.
