How to add a new custom ad

Hello,

I was wondering how to add a new custom ad location. I have need to add two more custom ad areas. I see nothing in the documentation or the api area mentioning this. Maybe I am overlooking it. Please advise. Thanks!

Hello,

You can use the custom ad spots: https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/ and place the ad like shown in the documentation or if you know your way around php a bit you can use the do_shortcode function and add your code in the theme files. – https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/

Thanks for that link. I do believe those changes will be removed once I update the theme though, is that the correct assumption?

I am using a child theme and the td_api_plugin features for custom modules/blocks/headers/footers but was unable to find any documentation on using the API to add custom ads. Is there currently a way to do this through the API? Thanks!! 🙂
