I would prefer to add one of your standard blocks, let’s say Block 5.
What PHP code or a shortcode do I need to insert into Attachment.php?

Actually, instead of Block 5, it would be great to display ‘Related Posts’ module, the ones related the to parent post of the attachment. Is this even possible?

To achieve the you will need some customizations in theme’s core files and unfortunately I can’t provide a solution at the moment.
We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.
