How to add border around the new created author box area –

I used the individual pieces of author box to create this – i placed an inner row within a row and then broke it into the two columns – – I noticed on the Author box – there is a setting to add a border around the author box – but in creating this out of the individual pieces – – not sure how to add a border around it.

I tried doing it via some of the settings i found – but it didn’t work . . .
