How to add category filter on „posts loop”?

hi, how to add a category filter in the posts loop? My point is that only articles from that category should be displayed in a given category. Currently, all the latest entries are displayed and I cannot edit.

There is no category filter on the Posts Loop, only on Flex blocks: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
