How to add comments section on the homepage?

Please let me know how to add comments section to the homepage, i kept trying for over 2 hours but i failed !

Please make sure comments are enabled from wordpress: https://www.screencast.com/t/ThcnU6NqSan
Then make sure comments are enabled on the page itself: https://www.screencast.com/t/jLNw8ttd9j
There is also a setting in the theme panel to disable the comments for pages: https://www.screencast.com/t/MkMreRt6Ps
