How to Add extra Features on Top Bar like Donate My Subscriptions, Subscribe?

In the Top Bar, how do you add extra button features to preexisting features, I want to add Donate, Subscribe, About Us and Subscribe into the Top Bar that has the Social Media icons?

Hi,
