How to add font from Google Font Early Access

My website is a Chinese website. So I want to add a Chinese font from Google Font Early Access.
Font website in here: https://fonts.google.com/earlyaccess#Noto+Sans+TC
Font name : Noto Sans TC (Chinese Traditional)

And I want to know how to add it for my website!Tks
