I would like to add HTML/Text in the given shown Red Marked Area in all pages.., Can you please help me how to add in between it shown in Image, given Url Below

Hello Rohit,

Notice that place is intended for the article title and for meta information (author and post date). If you want to affect this element with an HTML/Text, notice that you should edit the theme core files and write your desired code.
