i upload the blog but it will show on the homepage but no picture there. how to add title picture on blog ?
You need to set a featured image for each post for it to show up on the homepage.

If you mean, how do you edit them?
Simply go to the WP admin page, left menu under “pages” and then edit the pages to add your own info.
there is no page about Disclaimer,Privacy, Advertisement this.

You need to first create the pages;
then add those pages to a menu; then choose that menu for the footer.
