That is simply not possible because that is how the theme was designed.
You can only insert INNER ROW into a ROW.

I understood you from the beginning. As mentioned: That is not possible !
Maybe you mean to have a multi column row layout and there you can have more inner rows as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xuOeRkfh And in those rows you can insert 1 inner row in each one.
– If you want to have: ROW – Inner Row – Inner Row that is not possible !

My understanding of row and inner row is that as it has always been with VisualComposer:
I have one row and I can put multiple inner rows into one row.
Is that correct?
If now, what would an inner row be for?

Please try like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fHJOPP8xWV you can add how many inner row you want in a row using tagDiv Composer, if this is not working correctly, it may be a plugin conflict, you’ll need to deactivate all non theme plugins and try again.
