• I would like to know how to add the tag “new” in the menu, as well as in the demo (http://prntscr.com/jjyamg)
• Also how to keep only the ‘related posts’ option and delete ‘more of the author’ at the end of posts

You could do that if you want. You’ll have to add a HTML span with a predefined class in the menu, like this

Add it like that and the result should be like this

This is the span with class used
<span class="td-menu-badge">your text here</span>
