How to add responsive Direct Ads / ad sizes (not adsense)?

I have a direct advertiser (not google adsense) I’m working with to advertise their graphic on the header above the top menu. Is there a place to add manual advertisements through the theme panel,editing a file, etc. that will work as a responsively? Thanks for any help.

I’m thinking maybe I could do this through CSS by editing the main style.css file, but was wondering if there were an easier way through Theme Panel.

Hello JJ0000,

Unfortunately, notice that the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to add any other Ads, sorry! The theme ad system has been designed to be used only with Google AdSense and if you want to use any other ads, please consult the following guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/ as an alternative for you, notice that you can try using the AdRotate plugin.
