How to add Sans-serif fonts?

But when I select “Catamaran” or “Roboto” fonts, they are never loaded with sans-serif : https://cutt.ly/owQg20u // https://cutt.ly/NwQhu7l

I want to use these fonts, but from the sans-serif family. Here you can see an example (it’s an external page, it doesn’t use newspaper theme). https://cutt.ly/1wQhIcA

So how do I access all the fonts in the sans-serif family from my Newspaper font panel?

Yeah, I’ve read that tutorial before. But I don’t know if the family “sans-serif” is included in Google fonts, or if I should add the font in .woff format.

I have tried all the options of the theme and can’t find the sub-theme “sans-serif” anywhere.

Yes, I have imported some in my test page, in woff format (the only one allowed), and still only “roboto-serif” and not “roboto-sans-serif” is shown.

Why if the theme uses google fonts, does not allow to use these sans-serif variants? I find it strange
