How to add smart snap(header only appear when you scroll down) instead of always sticky header made up with tagdiv builder

Hello Shubham!
We have an option to change it from always to smart snap: https://prnt.sc/JCS_ZA7PAZ8Q. The header is sticky when you scroll up again.
