Right now it is an element of the tagdiv composer. So you will have to create a custom homepage using the tagdiv composer.

to add in homepage all you need is drag “Newsletter” form external shortcodes https://prnt.sc/ife08x. Just make sure you’re registered from one of Newsletter Provider: MailChimp, Mailer Lite, or Feedburner and get form code https://prnt.sc/ife0e6.

This is not working with Feedburner form code. Any one please suggest.
