How to add the nofollow attribute for social networks, sharing and modules ?

hello everyone,
I am creating a decoration website and I have a problem to modify some nofollow attributes.

I managed to change the attribute only for social network links in my top bar and footer, but not in my “social counter” widget in the side bar or in the articles on “social sharing”.
Likewise I try to have control of links in the footer or sidebar at the widget level like “recent articles” or “categories”.

In short, how can I precisely modify the “nofollow” attribute for links in the footer, sidebar, social share and social counter?
