How to add this background ads ?

Hello,
The link you provided does not work. The standard way to implement a background image is from the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/cB6G56Yk
You need to upload the image and select the settings for it. If a background click ad is what you want, then it can be set like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-ad/

Hello,
Please provide a link to your website wo we can inspect the issue.
You can try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and see if the background is still missing.

Hello,
Is the image set in the theme panel now? as i cannot see it in the code as well. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and check again to rule out a plugin conflict. If it does not fix the problem, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look and see why the image is not being displayed. Please also provide a link to this website.
