How to allow comments on a specific WordPress PAGE only, not a post

How to allow comments on a specific WordPress PAGE only, not a post?
I know you have a setting in newspaper theme in Template Setting to disable/enable comments for all pages….but I need to do it just for one page. Again, it for a page not a post.

please advise.

for the pages in newspaper these it is here: https://www.screencast.com/t/BXTt5zbAKyjN
but it does not work since page using theme template that does not allow it. Sorry the above answer is not working.

I can definitely see them and know how to save them on the page settings, but they do not work with newspaper theme.
