How to allow users to upload images in comments?

I need to add an option to allow users to upload pictures in wordpress comments.

Hello,

Sorry but the theme does not have any such options. You can try a plugin such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/comment-image/ but it is not tested so I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
