For this the recommended option is to ask your host to create a full backup of your website. They will be able to restore it in case something is not as you want.

Yes, Newspaper Theme does not have an option to duplicate or backup. For backup you will have to do it with the help of your host or do it from cPanel. For the duplicate options you will have to use a 3rd party plugin. Unfortunately for this we have not tested one so we cannot recommend one.
