Hello,
I am trying to include different topics about education on my blog.
I came accross Acedemy page from thepennyhoarder.com,

I notice if I click an outline item on the left, it takes me right to the correct section on the right. How do I do that with Newspaper9 theme?

I think that you want to anchor the first elements -> https://prnt.sc/plx9rp one these elements -> https://prnt.sc/plxbex if is so please check this similar topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/scrolling-to-anchor-on-another-page/ and instead to set the url on button, you can set it on https://prnt.sc/plx9rp
