How to build a search engine home page with Metropolitan PRO or any theme?

Dear staff,
Could you give me some hints to build a homepage showing a search form at the front with Metropolitan PRO theme? or any other theme ?

Here is an example that I’d like to build:
1) https://www.gowiselife.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/1.jpg

Here is an example for stick menu:

Thank you very much! I just made a lot of progress under your instruction. It works!

Currently, I have some other problem along the way, could you take a look:

1) the background image’s resolution level is very low, can’t find a way to adjust it. It looks like this: https://www.gowiselife.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/resolution1.jpg

2) is it possible that the background images will change when visitor visit the page next time? or different visitor from different location see different background image?

3) is it possible to have some gif or motion pictures or image slice over there?

Here is another question:

I have made a new page called “home-search-bar”, if I want to make this page as new homepage, what should I do?

I tried to change it’s name to “Home”, and delete the original “Home”, but it doesn’t work. Could you guide me this?
