Maybe that is the website URL not an additional permalink parameter

If the website name is for example blablabla.com/blog the permalink structure you choose will be added after this.
thanks Simion, it’s different setup with default wp? because iam using WPML(multi language).
From what I know the website URL or permalinks would not be affected by WPML. WPML would only add additional parameters in the URL when viewing translated pages

The /blog may be forced in the wp-config or website database if not defined in WordPress settings. Maybe contact your hosting for assistance as well.
Hi @arifminds re-install your WordPress in the CPanel. Please check on the option example
