I have the Craft Theme for Newspaper installed for a website that I am still building (cutebabyantreviews.com). While I love the watercolor look of the buttons in the sidebar and “read more” buttons, I would really like to be able to change the colors to match the rest of the colors on my website. I have seen forum topics addressing other color changes using css, but not for this specific topic. Could you please help? I am a total newbie. Thank you.

I am sorry, but I keep trying to figure out where to change it with some code and how and keep falling short. The “Read More”, “Categories”, “Latest Articles”, etc. headings don’t seem to be changeable under the Section Theme Colors in the theme panel. If these are images as it appears in the Screenshot you linked to, I could not find a url for them on the CSS. And now I am just confused and have spent a lot of time trying to read up on it to no avail. I am new to this but have read a lot on CSS coding, background-color, etc.

If you want to change these strings you should check the Theme panel->Translations setting and from there you can add any text you want, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/lbfjnxfR Also, if you want to add some properties for these, like background-color/color/font-family you could use a bit of CSS code to do this because the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to change these from Theme panel, sorry! Provide your website and more details about what you want to achieve so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

The website is CuteBabyAntReviews.com. It is temporarily open so that you can assess it. I currently have 3 Main colors (pink, green, and blue). I would like to be able to make the buttons for “Read more” and other sidebar buttons and titles (orangish and aqua colored) match the rest of the site. Perhaps I could have gotten away with the orangish colored buttons, but the aqua definitely contrasts too much. So, would you be able to help with these, instead of me changing to a different demo since I’ve already put time into it? Thank you. Side question: If I changed demos, I would have to redo settings including logo & favicon uploads and colors, right?

Regarding on buttons, please notice that I have just pointed you above where should be the steps which you have to follow in order to achieve these changes. This change involves more custom work and notices that we cannot do it for yourself, sorry! You should do it yourself because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Yes, if you will change the demo, all the specified design for that demo will be loaded/imported.
