How to Change Colors of the Front Page Grid in "Tech News"

Hi, I’d like to change the background colors of the posts in the grid of the “Tech News” demo.

How do you make the colors depend on the post category, or a custom setting in each post? The colors currently, are just arbitrary.

This is what I’m talking about.

How to change the background colors of these links?

Hi tagdivchick,

Please notice that all the style for this type of Big Grid comes from style.css core file. If you want to change design of this feature, you will have to change the code from there -> http://screencast.com/t/DZhA9ekUo As you can see, this is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which you are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you! Also, if you want to make an option that set the color of each thumb of the grid after custom setting, you will have to make some hard-coding in order to achieve as you wish and all of these processes involves custom services.
