How to change custom button colour?

Hello,

I am trying to change my site default button colour. Here is my code.

[button color=”3f5c84″ size=”21″ type=”” target=”_blank” link=”https://themexy.com”%5DHello World[/button]

But it not work as a button. It shows as a colourful like a link text.

How can I change this? I want a button which colour will be #3f5c84 and hover colour will be #36be8f and text size will be 24px.

Please help me to solve this.
