How to change date disposition?

Hi. Is it possible to change the date disposition, for example, in “Block 9” or “Flex block 1”?
I want to have a possibility to put the date in the same line with the post title or above the title.
I didn’t find such options, and simple CSS tricks didn’t work for me.

Sorry but please notice that the theme does not have any such an option for this and also, we cannot provide customization in this case, sorry!
