I have an official license of the Newspaper theme. I want to delete my license from old domain and apply it to new domain. I am trying but not activating

iloveshirdi.org INACTIVE Assign

The first two websites I removed from the newspaper theme. 1 sp24news.com & 2 sp24taas.com.
But the license is on the same domain.

Both are the same domain, but the license is showing on both domains.
