How to change excerpt length in block 6 and block 7

Good morning. I’m using these 2 blocks and I’d like to increase the default amount of words and/or characters of the excerpts. How can I do it without editing functions.php?
Is there an option in the Theme Panel or any compatible plugin to use?

Hi,

Block 6 uses module 9 and block 7 uses module 2, go to Theme Panel -> Excerpts and change the value for those modules.
