I can’t find where to change the menu / background colors for the Personal Trainer site. I’ve looked everywhere including the Website Manager and Theme Panel and they won’t update. Please help!

This prebuilt website doesn’t have global colors; you need to create them, and after set it on the elements/blocks https://i.imgur.com/A4GEFfT.png with tagdiv Composer.
