How to change grey background of (unloaded) pictures

Before pictures are loaded there is a grey background…
I remember there was a custom CSS or a picture-file that could be changed to e.g. my magazines logo instead of the grey background. Or am I wrong?

Hello nachtwache,

I guess that you are talking about this image, right? -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fYao0aD3 That behavior appears when a featured image is not set up and if you want to change this, you should edit the no-thumb folder from the path, as you can see in above image.
