How to change Meta Tags in Home page?

How to change Meta Tags in Home page? Please send me step by step guide. I have uploaded SEO Yoast but even after implement Title and Description it not showing.

Hi,

If you have set a title and description with Yoast they should appear in the page source
– https://yoast.com/wordpress/plugins/seo/titles-and-meta-descriptions/

I made a quick test on my end, for the homepage – https://i.imgur.com/aaMwZOX.png
The meta appears correctly – https://i.imgur.com/B0zOsG7.png
It should be the same for you. Please post a link to the website so I can take a look.

Please check my question i am talking about Home page meta tags, the example which you sent is about post pages, which is working fine at my side..

Hi,

That is actually a page, Yoast can be used for pages as well – https://prnt.sc/ork9fh
Simply set the desired meta and update the page. Then check in the page source to see the loaded meta. Shouldn’t be difficult to do.
