Hi,

Try a code like this, see if it works for you

It will place the menu link on the right as you want

.header-search-wrap {
right: 54px;
}
#td-top-mobile-toggle {
position: absolute;
right: 0;
}

Enter it in Theme panel->Advanced CSS in the phones section.

Instant articles are not officially tested with the theme, I could not say why this is happening. Maybe this discussion in the matter would help you
