The search button does not work because you have a js error on your site. This is caused by plugin conflicts so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then identify the plugin that causes it and remove/replace it
As for the spacing under the ad, that comes from the element below it. In your first image, there is a simple text below, and a simple paragraph does not have margins or padding added to it. Title do however. This is the case on your second image where you have a title below the ad:

Thanks for your support..i disable all plugins one by one and i note down but search and menu bar is still not working…but they are working in new mobile theme..

You must deactivate all plugins at once, not deactivate them one by one. Deactivate all of them except visual composer, and clear cache. then check the menu without them. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect the issue.

Unfortunately we have no knowledge of what outbrain is so you should ask the ad provider for instructions on what permalink to use inside the ad code. If you fo not use adsense you must use this implementation method in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
