How to change social media buttons on my website

How do I remove the Youtube button and make it so that the twitter and facebook buttons actually link to my social media platforms as opposed to going to the social media platforms for tagdiv?

If it is a widget on the sidebar, go to Appearance>Widgets or Customize>Widgets>Newspaper Default and locate that widget (social counter) and replace the values with yours.
