How to Change the Categories of Default Pro Demo Site

I have installed Default Pro Demo Site of Newspaper Theme. Now I want to change the Lifestyle, Home Design, etc. Pre-installed categories of the demo site. How can I Do that?

Visit https://app.screencast.com/oocwwTg5GAiO7 to rename that category, or you can remove them and create new ones.
