Hi,

That color can be change as general from theme panel by changing the theme accent color -> https://i.imgur.com/lccVvgU.png or individual per elements with tagDiv Composer by changing the accent color https://i.imgur.com/WJ1jgqF.png (individual settings will overwrite the general settings).
